Specialist collision investigators are appealing for information following a fatal collision between a car and a motorcycle in the Partington area of Trafford on 14 May 2025.
At around 9.30am, a Citroen C1 was travelling along Moss Lane when it was in collision with a motorbike coming out of Warburton Lane,
Sadly, the rider, a 54-year-old man, sustained serious fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
A man in his 70s was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving, he has since been bailed.
As officers continue their investigative work, they are now appealing for anyone with information regarding the collision to come forward.
This includes anyone with dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell footage of the incident, or saw what happened.
