Our Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing for information following a serious collision in Longsight.
Yesterday (27/04/26) at around 4pm, officers responded to reports of a collision on Stanley Grove, Longsight where an e-bike collided with a pedestrian.
One woman, aged in her 30s, was taken to hospital where she remains in critical condition.
The rider of the bike and the passenger failed to stop at the scene and enquiries are ongoing to locate them.
The SCIU are now appealing for anyone who may have information about yesterday's events to come forward.
They are keen to speak to anyone who may have CCTV footage, dashcam or mobile phone footage from the area in the moments leading up to the incident or after.
