Two men have been charged with multiple offences following a fatal road traffic collision in Burnage

Uways Hussain (02/09/2005) of Burnage, Manchester, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving a vehicle whilst uninsured, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving without insurance.

Usmon Mahmood (08/11/2002) of Levenshulme, Manchester has been charged with aid and abet causing death by dangerous driving, aid and abet causing death by driving a vehicle whilst uninsured and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

Both men have been remanded to police custody ahead of their next appearance at Stockport. Magistrates' Court on Thursday 12 March 2026.
