Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured in a collision in Salford.
Shortly before 9.30pm on Wednesday 25 September 2019, officers were called to reports of a collision on Walkden Road, Salford.
A red Seat Leon Cupra was travelling on Walkden Road towards the junction of Woodlands Road when it was involved in a collision with a pedestrian crossing the road.
The pedestrian, 67, suffered multiple injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
The driver of the Seat remained at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
Officers are appealing for information and wish to speak to anyone who saw the incident take place, anyone with dash-cam footage or anyone who saw the car in the area before the collision.
