The last known contact made by Luke Johnson, 35, was via telephone at around 2.15pm on Sunday 4 October 2020.
He is described as being approximately 5ft 9in tall. Luke was last seen wearing a black tracksuit.
Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Luke and want to make sure he is safe and well.
