Your salary will be dependent on the entry route you join us on. Your starting salary will be £28,551 with annual increments rising to £46,044 per annum after 7 years’ service. You will receive further increments in accordance with the Constables Pay Structure for new entrants in England and Wales.

Your shift pattern will offer you a mix of work and down-time, during the week and at weekends. As policing is required over a 24-hour period, officers work a combination of earlies, lates and nights.
