A Misconduct Hearing involving a Greater Manchester Police officer will be held on 10 February 2023. The misconduct Hearing will begin at 10 a.m.
The misconduct Hearing will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams operated from PSB Offices, Unit A, Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5BP.
Former PC 18790 Dharamdeep Singh will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for Honesty and Integrity, Authority, Respect and Courtesy, & Discreditable Conduct contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
Former Officer PC Singh is alleged to have attended the home address of a member of the public, without a policing purpose, contrary to national Covid19 regulations. When asked about his attendance, it is alleged former PC Singh knowingly provided a dishonest account to his line manager and created inaccurate logs relating to his attendance. It is further alleged that former PC Singh attempted to reset his mobile phone whilst under investigation, to conceal his conduct.
Former PC Singh resigned from the Greater Manchester Police service and his last working day was 31 December 2021.
The matters set out above is alleged to amount to gross misconduct and, if proven, would have justified his dismissal from the Greater Manchester Police service without notice, were he still serving.
If members of the press or public wish to observe the hearing, they are required to pre-register via the GMP website, leaving their details including contact telephone number and email address no later than 1 p.m. on the previous working day. Anyone who has not pre-registered will not be allowed to attend the hearing.
It is a condition of attendance that there will be no publication of any matter which might lead to the identification of any complainant or their family members.
No external recording or filming of the proceedings is allowed. Anyone being disruptive during the hearing will be required to leave.

Former PC 18724 Craig Grocott will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for Authority, Respect and Courtesy, and Discreditable Conduct contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
Former Officer PC Grocott is alleged to have behaved inappropriately towards female colleagues whilst serving within a Neighbourhood Policing Team (‘NPT’). Former PC Grocott is alleged to have sent sexually explicit messages and photographs and/or videos to his female colleagues, of which such content was unwanted. Former PC Grocott is further alleged to have made his female colleagues feel uncomfortable by his conduct.
Former PC Grocott resigned from the Greater Manchester Police service and his last working day was 12 October 2021.

The Accelerated Misconduct Hearing will take place at Unit A, Central Park, Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5BP.
The Accelerated Misconduct Hearing will begin at 13:30pm
Former SC 41495 Nathan Fisher will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for Respect and Courtesy and fairness and Impartiality contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
Members of the public wishing to attend the Accelerated Misconduct Hearing must register to do so.
The need to manage those persons attending the hearing will limit numbers to 12 total.
If members of the press or public wish to observe the hearing, they are required to pre-register via the GMP website, leaving their details including contact telephone number and email address. Anyone who has not pre-registered will not be allowed to access the hearing.
No recording or filming of the proceedings is allowed.”
