Anti-social behaviour and drug use primarily in car parking and industrial areas. The peak time for offences is during the late evenings.
Action taken:
Officers are conducting high visibility patrolling, particularly during the late evenings. Local officers will also be gathering intelligence and will be utilising their stop and search powers to detect offences. Anyone found in possession of controlled drugs and/or weapons will be arrested and anyone found to be committing anti social vehicular offences will have their vehicle seized.

Traffic offences ( Speeding, Driving Whilst Distracted, No Seatbelt, driving whilst drunk and driving whilst under the influence of drugs) priority routes are Broadway/Manchester Road.
Action taken:
Your local officers will be conducting organised operational enforcement along with assistance by specialist roads policing officers in the area and dealing with motorists who commit any of the FATAL 5 offences (Speeding, Driving Whilst Distracted, No Seatbelt, driving whilst drunk and driving whilst under the influence of drugs). Officers will also be seizing uninsured vehicles and arresting anyone found to be committing criminal offences whilst utilising the Chadderton/Werneth road network. We are also working with the local authority to make the roads safer and feel safer to use by the residents and wider communities.
