I have almost 29 years of policing service, the majority of which has been spent in neighbourhood policing roles as a Police Constable, Sergeant, and now Inspector.
I am passionate about neighbourhood policing and see it as a genuine privilege to serve the communities of East Stockport. My focus is on working with residents, partners, and local organisations to tackle local priorities, solve problems, prevent crime and anti-social behaviour, and help build safer, stronger neighbourhoods.
I firmly believe in a ""You Said, We Did"" approach, ensuring that community concerns help shape our policing activity wherever possible.
Residents can engage with me through local community events and Area Committee Meetings, held every six weeks, where there is a dedicated Neighbourhood Policing update and opportunities to raise local issues, ask questions, and help influence local policing priorities.
I am proud to serve East Stockport and remain committed to listening, engaging, and working alongside our communities to make a positive difference.
I have served with Greater Manchester Police for four years and currently lead the neighbourhood policing team covering Hazel Grove and Offerton. As Neighbourhood Sergeant, I am responsible for setting local policing priorities, overseeing problem-solving activity and ensuring that community concerns are reflected in our day-to-day policing approach.
A key part of my role is working with partner agencies, local organisations and elected representatives to tackle the issues that have the greatest impact on residents. I am particularly committed to long-term problem solving, safeguarding vulnerable people and building public confidence through effective neighbourhood policing. By listening to our communities and working together, we can continue to make Hazel Grove and Offerton safer and stronger places to live. "
I have served with Greater Manchester Police for 20 years. I have been a Police constable for 13 years and I currently work as the neighbourhood officer for Bredbury. My role involves working with residents, local businesses and partner agencies to address crime, anti-social behaviour and other issues affecting the local community.
My current priorities include tackling retail crime, reducing anti-social behaviour and improving community confidence through visible neighbourhood policing. I regularly attend engagement events and community meetings and work closely with partner organisations to identify and resolve local issues.
I encourage residents to speak with me at local events and share any concerns so we can work together to improve the area.
I have four years service in the Greater Manchester Police, two of those years were spent on response, a year on the Domestic Abuse Team and now in my current position as The Neighbourhood Officer for Romiley. My focus is ensuring I serve the community and listen to their concerns and priorities, whilst concentrating on provide an excellent service to victims and keeping people in my community safe. My current priority is tackling shoplifting and anti-social behaviour, making use of criminal behaviour orders to ensure prolific offenders are prevented from repeat offending. I also focus on protecting vulnerable people and those at risk of exploitation. I enjoy working as part of the wider Neighbourhood Team and I come to work every day with an open mind, ready to tackle a variety of problems and serve the residents of Stockport to the best of my ability."
I joined Greater Manchester Police in 2023 after transferring from the Metropolitan Police Service where I began my policing career in 2012. Throughout most of my service I worked in frontline response policing attending emergency calls and supporting communities during critical incidents.
In August 2026 I moved into Neighbourhood Policing to take on a more community-focused role. As the dedicated officer for Great Moor I work closely with residents, businesses, and partner agencies to address local concerns and improve the quality of life within the community.
I encourage residents to raise any concerns they may have at local events or when they see me out on patrol. I welcome conversations with people across Great Moor and the surrounding areas, so please feel free to stop and say hello.
I have served with Greater Manchester Police for seven years and am the dedicated Neighbourhood Officer for Hazel Grove. I work closely with residents, businesses and partner agencies to identify local concerns and take positive action to address them. I am also the dedicated wildlife officer for the Stockport division.
My role involves managing neighbourhood demand, progressing local priorities and carrying out proactive activity to prevent crime and disrupt those involved in offending. This includes vehicle stops, stop searches and targeted patrols where intelligence suggests they are most needed. I also support community engagement events and work with local partners to resolve issues affecting residents and improve safety across Hazel Grove. "
