Earlier this week on Wednesday 22 February 2023, Operation Vulcan descended on Harris Street in Cheetham Hill, Manchester.
Omar Choudhury (03/04/2001) of Royton and Hamidur Rahman (06/06/1999) of Oldham have both been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
