A man selling stolen car parts on eBay but was rumbled by officers who later discovered a chop shop and over £240k worth of stolen vehicles in Bury has been jailed for four years.
Yesterday (Sunday 7 February 2021), officers were responding to reports of non-compliance with Covid-19 restrictions by a café on Burnage Lane in Manchester. On arrival at the incident, officers were faced with a significant amount of people who were blatantly breaching Covid legislation which has been put in place to protect the most vulnerable members of our community.

Shujaat Ali (10/11/2000) of Balmoral Avenue, Bury was sentenced at Manchester Crown Square Court on Friday 5 February 2021 and has been jailed for two years after pleading guilty to attempted Section 20 assault.
Lucjan Domanski (23/12/1982) of Chapel Street, Levenshulme has been charged with assault of an emergency worker. He will appear at Manchester City Magistrates Court on Tuesday 23 February 2020.

Officers are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision that left a woman with serious injuries in Manchester last week.
Kevin Mannion (02/11/77) of no fixed abode has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, disqualified driving and driving without insurance.
Shortly before 8pm on Saturday 30 January 2021, police were called to reports that shots had been fired towards a 27-year-old man in the street on Heathland Terrace, Cale Green.
All three have been remanded in custody to appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court today (Saturday 6 February 2021).
