Richard Graham (22/01/1990) of no fixed abode was jailed at Minshull Crown Court today (Friday 3 March) after he was found guilty of two counts of exposure offences and two counts of breach of Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO). He has been sentenced to three years and two months in jail.

On Thursday 2 March 2023 officers from Rochdale’s Neighbourhood policing teams received information that electricity was being bypassed at an address on Yorkshire Street, Rochdale. In the property and upon further investigation a substantial cannabis farm was found.
