Man jailed for over 10 years for causing death by dangerous driving following collision in Horwich
11:07 27/02/2026Cormac Sale (14/03/2003), of Ina Avenue, Bolton, has been jailed for 10 years and eight months after a collision between a car and motorbike in Horwich on Saturday 14 December 2024. Sale has also been banned from driving for just over 12 years.

Drug Supply across Central Horwich
Action taken:
The team have executed a number of search warrants in relation to Drug Supply and the Importation of Controlled Drugs. Through the ongoing work as well as arrests made and tenancy warnings issued 4 problematic addresses in the area have now had their tenancy revoked by landlords and will be handed over to new residents as a result. The team will continue to develop Intelligence for further warrants and targeting of offenders.
