Your Neighbourhood Policing Team
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is a group of local police officers and staff dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of police officers and a dedicated Police Community Support Officer (PCSO). These are supported by additional officers and staff from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for your area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on the basics: to fight, prevent and reduce crime, whilst keeping people safe and caring for victims.

Your local neighbourhood team are working hard to ensure local issues are made a priority, increased patrolling around the hotspot areas. Identify and deal robustly with youth offenders who are known to have committed weapons offences via preventative and enforcement operations.

Road Traffic enforcement particularly speed and Anti Social Driving on the Kingsway Corridor including action against inconsiderate parking near schools.
Action taken:
Op Skyvale is the policing response to Road Traffic issues on Kingsway. Our Neighbourhood, Response and dedicated Road Policing Teams are continuing with Road Policing enforcement to make our roads safer. This activity includes Road Safety education work in schools and enforcement against illegal parking near to schools
