    Action taken:

  • Priority:

Youth Violence & knife crime, Burglaries, Shoplifting, Public Order Offences, Anti-Social Behaviour

    Issued 06 July 2026

    Action taken:

Your local neighbourhood team will be targeting reports of ASB across Didsbury. There are dedicated officers for this during peak times on evenings and weekends. We will continue to remain visible in this area whilst working alongside our partners to ensure referrals and diversionary work is completed with these individuals at an early stage.

  • Priority:

    Retail Crime / Shoplifting

    Issued 06 July 2026

    Action taken:

Your local neighbourhood officers will be targeting shoplifting offences and other retail crime. We will prioritise offences against retail workers and take action against offenders. We will be working closely with the our partners and the retail industry to provide crime prevention advice and obtain Criminal Behaviour Orders for prolific offenders - giving local retailers and police more robust powers to tackle shoplifting

  • Priority:

Anti social Driving and Speeding offences

    Issued 06 July 2026

    Action taken:

The neighbourhood team will be conducting regular traffic operations in the area to deter anti social driving/riding and therefore reduce the amount of traffic related incidents occurring.
