I have served with Greater Manchester Police for 17 years and currently lead neighbourhood policing across North and East Tameside. My role is to ensure our neighbourhood teams remain effective, visible and focused on tackling crime, anti-social behaviour and the issues causing the greatest harm to local communities.

I work closely with frontline officers, partner agencies and analysts to identify crime patterns, understand emerging trends and direct resources where they can have the greatest impact. My focus is on problem solving, targeting repeat offenders and ensuring our teams are focused on the issues that matter most to residents. By using intelligence, evidence and local knowledge, we aim to prevent crime, reduce anti-social behaviour and make our communities safer.

With over 22 years of service with Greater Manchester Police, I have spent my entire career working on the frontline in neighbourhood policing and response roles.

Throughout this time, I have developed extensive experience in crime prevention, safeguarding vulnerable people, community engagement, and responding to a wide range of incidents.

I am passionate about building strong relationships with local communities, tackling ASB, and supporting victims of crime.

My career has provided me with a detailed understanding of policing challenges and the importance of partnership working to deliver positive outcomes and improve public confidence in policing.

My experience has involved working closely with partner agencies, local stakeholders, and diverse communities to address crime and anti-social behaviour, while maintaining a strong focus on public safety and victim support. I am committed to upholding the highest professional standards and delivering an effective policing service that promotes public confidence, protects vulnerable individuals, and improves community wellbeing.

I have served with Greater Manchester Police on the Neighbourhood Team for approximately six and a half years. I’m committed to working with local residents, businesses and partner agencies to help make St Michael’s a safer and more welcoming place to live and work.

My current priorities include tackling drug dealing, anti-social behaviour and shoplifting, while also listening to the concerns that matter most to our community.

I’m keen to build positive relationships with residents through regular engagement, including PACT meetings and police surgeries, where members of the public can speak directly with us, raise concerns and share information.

I have served with Greater Manchester Police for 13 years and am proud to be the Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for Ashton St Michael's.

As part of the Neighbourhood Policing Team, I work closely with local residents, community groups, partner agencies, local authority services, and elected members to address the issues that matter most to our communities.

My role is focused on building strong relationships, providing reassurance, and helping to create safer neighbourhoods for everyone.

My current priorities include tackling anti-social behaviour, developing community intelligence, and identifying effective solutions to local concerns through partnership working and problem-solving.

By working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, we can make the best use of available resources to prevent crime, protect vulnerable people, and improve the quality of life for residents.

Community engagement remains at the heart of neighbourhood policing. I am committed to ensuring that local people are informed about policing activity in their area and have opportunities to raise concerns, share information, and influence local policing priorities.

I regularly attend PACT (Police and Communities Together) meetings, community events, and police surgeries, where residents can speak directly with us about issues affecting their neighbourhood.

These engagements are invaluable in helping us understand community concerns, strengthen public confidence, and work together to make Ashton St Michael's a safe place to live, work, and visit.
