With over 20 years of service as a Police Officer with Greater Manchester Police, I am currently serving as the Neighbourhood Inspector for Audenshaw, Droylsden, Denton, Hyde, Hattersley, and Longendale. My role is centred around delivering visible, responsive, and community-focused policing. I am committed to ensuring my team actively listens to local residents and collaborates with partners to address anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood crime, and drug-related activities, while safeguarding the most vulnerable members of our communities.
I believe that effective neighbourhood policing involves crime prevention, problem-solving, and building trust, ultimately contributing to a safer community environment.
I have served with Greater Manchester Police for 7 years and currently work as the Neighbourhood Sargeant for Hyde Godley Ward. My role is to lead and supervise a team who are committed to work closely with residents, businesses and partner agencies to address local concerns and improve community safety.
My current focus includes Anti-Social behaviour and shoplifting and supporting long-term problem solving within the community. I regularly attend neighbourhood engagement events and work with local partners to tackle the issues that matter most to residents.
I encourage members of the community to attend local meetings and share their concerns so that together we can help make our neighbourhood a safer place to live, work and visit.
I served 12 years with GMP and I am committed to engaging with my communities by way of attending PACT meetings, Home Watch meetings.
