We use analysts to plot repeat locations, times and days to utilise hot spot patrolling.
BITL and social media is used to gather intelligence and take pro-active action. -

Off-Road Bikes
Action taken:
We encourage the public to report incidents to the police and submit intelligence to take pro-active intelligence.
Local PCSO’s carry out surveys for the community to engage and work with partners.
Pro-active operations will continue to take place to identify owners and address of where bikes are kept. -

Vehicle Crime
Action taken:
We use analysts to plot repeat locations, times and days to utilise hot spot patrolling.
Neighbourhood Tasking Teams are used to identify and arrest offenders. -

Retail Crime
Action taken:
Continued operations in repeat locations using plain clothes officers and specialist resources.
We continue to work with the store managers and partners to prevent crime and provide target hardening. -
