I have served with Greater Manchester Police for nearly 10 years now and I have been the Leigh South Neighbourhood officer for 3 years.
My current role is to identify long-term problem-solving, anti-social behaviour (ASB) causing issues to residents and repeat demand for both police and council. We regularly hold police surgeries in various location within Leigh South area and encourage people to attend if you wish to discuss crime, ASB or issues occurring within Leigh South. I work closely with local partners to tackle the issues that matter most to residents.
As a dedicated Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) with Greater Manchester Police, I have proudly served local communities for over eight years. I currently work as the Neighbourhood Officer for Leigh South, where I focus on building strong relationships with residents, local businesses, and partner agencies to address issues that impact community safety and wellbeing.
My role involves tackling crime, reducing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and supporting initiatives that enhance public confidence in local policing. I am committed to delivering visible neighbourhood policing, engaging proactively with the community, and working collaboratively with partner organisations to identify concerns and develop practical, long-term solutions.
I regularly attend community meetings, engagement events, and local forums, providing opportunities for residents to raise concerns, share information and help shape local policing priorities. I firmly believe that effective neighbourhood policing is built on trust, partnership, and open communication.
I encourage residents to speak with me at local events or when I am on foot patrol. By working together, we can continue to make Leigh South a safer, stronger, and more connected community for everyone.
I have served with Greater Manchester Police for 6 years and currently work on the Leigh East Neighbourhood Team. My role involves identifying long-term problem solving and working with partner agencies to address crime, anti-social behaviour and other issues affecting the local community.
My current priorities include tackling the use of off-road bikes and other anti-social behaviour, reducing the supply of controlled drugs to the area, reducing and supporting victims of cuckooing and improving community confidence through visible neighbourhood policing. I work closely with partner organisations to identify and resolve local issues.
I encourage residents to speak with me when they see me in the community or at local meetings and events and share any concerns so we can work together to improve the area.
Our key priorities are to make you feel safe within the areas you live by focussing on the following four themes; reducing Burglary, tackling Anti-Social Behaviour, dealing robustly with drug use and supply, and to promote and enforce safety on our roads.
These priorities will be updated with more specific detail following our Partners and Communities Together Meetings (PACT).
