At approximately 5:30pm this evening (2 November 2022), officers were called to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a motorbike on Wilmslow Road in Manchester.
Police were called to a collision outside the Manchester Academy on Moss Lane East, Rusholme last night.
A 17-year-old boy has been charged following the incident on Tuesday.
